  • Q What if I receive defective items?

    A Please contact us. We will review and offer refund or replacement depending on the situation. 
  • Q How do you ensure product quality?

    A The factories will inspect every batch before delivery. Photos or videos of the goods can be shared before shipping.
  • Q Do you offer FOB, CIF or DDP terms?

    A Our default is EXW, but we can also support FOB or CIF through partner forwarders.    
    For DDP (including customs clearance), availability depends on the destination country please inquire. 
  • Q Can you ship directly to my country?

    A In most cases, yes. We or our partnered forwarders can ship to most countries in Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America, and other regions.  
    Please tell us your country and preferred shipping method, and we ll offer suggestions.
  • Q How long does shipping take?

    A 1.   It depends on your destination and shipping method:
    ·  Express: 5 10 days
    ·  Air freight: 7 15 days
    ·  Sea freight: 20 50 days
    We ll confirm the lead time and arrange shipment after receiving payment.
  • Q Can I ship small orders?

    A Yes. We support flexible MOQs and mixed product orders.
    Small-volume orders can be shipped by air or express courier.
    Our freight agents can help consolidate shipments and offer affordable shipping options.
  • Q Can you help arrange shipping?

    A We mainly offer EXW (Ex Works) service. Most of our long-term clients use their own freight forwarders.
    However, if you don t have one, we re happy to recommend trusted freight agents we ve cooperated with for years.
    They can help with air, sea or express shipping to your destination.
  • Q What’s your standard payment term?

    A A: Our standard payment terms are:
    30% deposit after order confirmation, 70% before shipment.
    For some small or trial orders, we may request full payment upfront.
    Long-term customers may enjoy more flexible arrangements.
  • Q What payment methods do you accept?

    A We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and other payment methods.
  • Q Can I mix different designs in one order?

    A 3.  Yes. We accept mixed designs in most cases, especially for ribbons, bows and gift bags.
    Depending on the total quantity, we can help arrange production and packing flexibly.
  • Q What types of customization do you offer?

    A 2.  We offer:
    ·  Logo printing on wrapping paper, bags, and ribbons
    ·  Custom packaging (e.g., header cards, roll packing, barcode labels)
    ·  Size customization (e.g., rope length, ribbon width, paper sheet size)
    ·  Material adjustments (subject to MOQ and availability)
  • Q Is there a minimum quantity for custom orders?

    A Yes, but we keep it flexible. MOQ depends on product type and custom process.
    Please send your request and we ll evaluate the best MOQ plan for your case.
  • Q Can I customize the packaging style?

    A 1.   Yes. For most items, we support flexible packaging:
    ·  Wrapping paper: flat sheets, rolled with/without core, or by bundle
    ·  Pull bows & gift decorations: with barcode stickers, custom bags or header cards
    ·  Ribbons: on spools, rolls, or custom cut length
  • Q Do you support logo or pattern customization?

    A Yes. We support custom printing for gift wrapping paper, gift bags, ribbons, and more.
    You can send us your design files (AI, PDF or high-resolution images), and we ll confirm printing details and MOQ based on your needs.
